2011 Rubicon Tires and Wheels, set of 5
You guys are crazy. $1500 is too high, yes, but $700 and below is an insult and you cheap bastards know it!
Sure we all want to grab a great deal, but about a grand is typically the going rate. Anything less for the mileage he has on these is just insulting. I call BS on the deals you guys are talking about. At least not in the same shape or low mileage.

My $400 was not a real offer, I was just asking if he would actually take that if no one offered more as he was making the point that he had OBO after the price.
$700 is a good offer if no one is biting and he wants them gone. If he's not in a hurry, then I say hold out to see if he can get more, but I doubt anyone will offer more than $1000.
Z'ACTLY, getting 700 for tires/wheels you don’t want is a blessing. I still can't figure out why guys even think they should get retail Dealer replacement value for anything. I need folks with that mentality at my yard sales. I'm all for being real and have had my reality check. Just ask your Jeep dealer what they'd give you for them new Rubi take offs so that they can have on hand. My dealer quoted me a 100 per tire and wheel- that's before it leaves the lot!!!. They intern sell them for 700 to the next new buyer,+ they get to keep the original take-offs..so, If I wanted to pay big money for oem equipment, I'd throw my dealer the bone first.

Now, what would you realistically pay for 5 tires and 5 wheels in premium shape for your Jeep? $1000? Nope. $1500, hardly. There is a going rate for Rubicons, and unless you get amazingly lucky, you won't typically find them that low.
Again, BS.
