What size are the rims and what kind of tires are coming with the deal?

 

Wait the thread title shows the tire brand and type.... But what size are the rims? Just to figure out how and what I can upgrade to (tire size and brands) if i take these off of your hands.

Also can you explain what the pvc insert is for?

And is there any rubbing at all with the backspacing on the rims?

I'll say this to everyone looking at these you can grab a set of 37s Goodyear mtr old stay tread all day long for these wheels for 500 with 95% tread or 600 for 98% or 700 for 100% so these are a good set to buy
