Does it ride a lot stiffer?

It stiffened it up in a good way in my opinion. It made the ride more firm feeling.

Thanks. I bought some 18/59s & haven't put them on yet. In my opinion, a bit stiffer would be an improvement.

The springs alone will not "stiffen" it up.

The addition of Rubicon shocks is what improves the ride. The are much better than Sport or standard Sahara shocks.

Yeah, I had a buddy help me put my Teraflex 2.5" coil over lift on so I gave him my old Rubicon shocks. He was thrilled and said that the ride improved. He added some leveling pucks up front and it looked pretty level to me.

I'm not happy. I mean I wait for 2 years to buy bigger tires and I end up with smaller than OE.

I've added sharing links to the blog about this…. please share with friends. Thanks. My Tire District Experience | One guy's trip into a consumer experience nightmare. My hope is they'll see the error in their approach and right this, for which I'd happily tell everyone about it. It's up to them.

Sorry about your trouble, but did you pay with a credit card? If so, you can call the credit card company and dispute the purchase. The credit card company will remove the purchase from your account until it is settled.

I'd say they are close enough to call them a 33, good looking Jeep
