I had trouble with the OEM metal stems due to corrosion.
The rubber stems have lasted many years. Schrader is the brand I went with. When I bought mine, Amazon had the best price.

I am not sure if you have a Discount Tire shop in Italy, but I just use the ones they recommended which are rubber and they are holding up just fine out here in the Midwest of the USA

So, you suggest a valve like this one, with rubber stem:

instead of this one, with metal stem:

Do you think that the first type is elastic and so better for off road use?
Besides, no problem with corrosion?

Thanks

The first one is the type I've always used. In the Midwest they use a lot of salt and chemicals on the roads to prevent icing up. I have not had any problems with corrosion and the rubber ones.

Could you indicate the Schrader item that you used?
The sensor on my JK is Schrader 008CF9B16C 09264 56029359AB.

I bought the stem/sensor assembly. I believe it's a different frequency from yours. Part number: Schrader 28308

If you need just the stem, start here and pick one that is appropriate for your wheels. Schrader 20018
