Default Tryin not to be a DA

Hello - I have a 2011 JKU . Currently has 255/75/18 on them
I have the opportunity to put 255/75/17s on them..
will this work? I don't see any reason why it would not but figured I would ask as this forum would know.

Thank you

Different rims, correct? If so, yes, they will work fine. You'll be downgrading the tire height by an inch, but not a problem. RPM's will be slightly higher, but Speedo should remain close enough to not worry about correcting for the difference.

If you are thinking of swapping the new 17" size to the current 18" rims, then no...

Are you certain the 18's don't have 255/70-18?? That would be the factory correct size and your 255/75-17 would be the same size.
