Kaschwing

Hey I’m trying to avoid getting a fine for having wheels that stick out past my fenders. I have the bushwhacker flat top fenders that I’m pretty sure are the same width as stock and about to have a 2” lift done. The amount of backspacing and offset numbers and wheel width has me confused. The tires Im getting are 315/70R17. I’m pretty sure they will stick out regardless because of how much wider the tire alone is but I do want to keep it to a minimum.
