Default Wheel/ Tire Combo---TP sensor

What's up guys?! Got a question here for all of you. I'm thinking on buying one of those wheel/tire combos sold over the internet. They normally sell those with the tires mounted and balanced. BUT what do I do if my Jeep has Tire pressure sensors? I'm pretty sure the combo I'm thinking on buying doesn't include the sensors. Is there a way of eliminating them or do I have to take the future tires to a shop to have them remove the sensors from my stock wheels and install them on the new ones and have them re-balanced??? Thanks in advance!

Pay a local shop to pull them out of your current tires and install them in the new tires.
or
Buy a programmer or tuner and turn it off.
or
Live with the dash light.

They can install new sensors with your package before they mount and ship them.

If you want to swap them, you would have to break down the four new and the four old tires to swap the sensors and the labor would most likely exceed the cost of just getting new sensors.

Many of the programmers offer settings that disable the TPMS
