It is on a 3 way switch, On w/reverse; Off and On whenever I want (across ignition so I can't leave them on with key off.) So I could do that if I chose too.

I've seen other variants out there but their photos didn't show the complete install kit and didn't want to take a chance that there is a slimmed downed version out there. I misquoted price though, it was $68 plus shipping, total was about $84
