Default 3rd brake light mod

I will post the write up later on this afternoon. (im at work right now) Very easy mod. You probably have most these things around the house.

Parts: Led Technology sealed marker light #MCL-57RK price 11.88 at Advanced Auto Parts.

Tools and supplies: Small flat head, razor blade, hole saw bit, tube of silicone, and your existing 5th wheel center cap. (varies if it is a metal center cap, mine was plastic)

Again I will post the pics to go with the write up later today. Heres a pic of the finished product.

Looking forward to the write-up. A few guys in my local Jeep club have this setup on their TJ's and I really like the look. I guess it seems relatively easy to do, but I like to have instructions.

Thanks!

Did you cut off the tower to your OEM brake light? I was looking at this again today and I was trying to figure out how else you'd do that without cutting that off.

Thanks.

Sorry for the hude delay in the write up guys. I will have it done by the weekend. I was out sick for a few days, and am pretty swamped at work right now. But, yes I did cut the 3rd light bracket off. Took 5 mins with a hacksaw. (the aluminum is really thin.) Again, ill get it up this weekend.
