I just finished up my door locks, I wouldn't want to do it again.

I did my locks with the Autoloc CK4000 kit, it is good quality and all the wires were long enough to reach all the doors. I mounted the remote receiver and door controller on the passenger side under glove box and wired it into a Painless fuse panel that I added in the engine compartment.

If you are considering doing this project plan on wasting at least 6 hours, I'm very mechanically and electrically inclined and I probably spent close to 8 hours in all including installing the new fuse panel and making a mount for it.

1st: it is way easier to remove the inner door panels if you unscrew the 3 torx bolts that hold the latches in, this allows the entire panel with latch attached to come off in 1 piece. This makes it easier to do the work then you can just install the actuators and bolt everything back up.

2nd: I would spend the extra couple bucks and just buy OEM latches for all but the tailgate and use the wiring harness and receiver/controller that came with the kit then wire in a lock/unlock switch in the dash. The tailgate actuator is a piece of cake.

Good luck

Just call moparwholesale mine averaged about $50 each and like $14 each for the wiring harnesses with check straps. You'll just have to wire in a switch for lock/unlock somewhere.

As well if you want your lights to flash there is a large connector in the passenger footwell that has a white wire with a green tracer that you can tap into for the parking lights.

Just remove the whole inner door panel with the latch attached and life will be easier. If I did it that way with all OEM latches I probably could have installed all the latches in 1 1/2 hours or so.
