I took a different approach when installing my gauge. I wanted to mount it somewhere I could see easily and somewhere I could reach easily. I also wanted to mount it somewhere where I didn't have to replace the dash if I decided not to keep it. My solution was to give up my driver side tweeter. I really can't tell the difference with it not being there. Here are a few pics to see what I did. I just made me a line where a wanted to cut and then used my Dremel.

I have superchips so can I just install without adjusting tires etc etc and let superchips adjust/tune. Also, is there a different gauge just for reading actual mpg? That's what I want to see the most

Found one on jcwhitney for $67 but it's for actual mpg only. That's what I want.
