i just heated mine up with a hair drier and used a thin piece of wire to loosen it. worked like a charm.

Default Problem removing air temp. sensor?

I'm kind of surprised to here removing the temp. sensor was such a pain.
Guess I got lucky. I just twisted it back and forth while cocking it to one side and it pulled right out. Took all of about 5 seconds.
