How "textured" is the finish? I know some bedliners are super rough and some are fine. I just bought some Plastidip to do mine and am now waffling between it and bedliner.

It's a nice medium texture. I went with the rustolium over duplicolor after seeing some reviews saying that there were some consistency problems with the duplicolor.

Yup, I used Rustoleum as well. Great product, dries evenly, and goes on nice and easy. I am going to be doing my hinges here very soon.

OP, did you take your hinges off to bed line those? Or did you tape those off?

I took them off and sandblasted them. The torx screws on the door side are a PITA to get off though. When you put them back on, just line them up in the same spot and tighten the hell out of them to make sure that they don't slip when you put the doors back on.

Tried out the Plastidip and the Rustoleum Bed liner on a cardboard box today to compare the finish. Plastidip is nice and smooth but hard to get even, (first try anyway). First shot of the bedliner came out like a fire extinguisher. Once I got that under control it looks good with a fine textured finish. I think that would look good with my Mopar Enhanced Rock Rails with the rough finish. Might be firing this up this weekend. Will definitely have to tape off for overspray with the bedliner.

At the last minute I couldn't commit and went Plasti Dip. I will see how this grows on me over the next few months and I can always go Bedliner when I am sure I like the black look

Looks good! What kind of finish is that stuff? Is it textured?
