Default Brake Light/Traction control warning light

i have a 2012 unlimited rubicon and lately when i drive about 65 MPH for about 20 mins my traction control and emergency brake light comes on. sometimes one comes on sometimes both. brake light comes on and disappears after about 5 mins. traction control stays on tell i shut the jeep off it doesn't seem to affect the driving ability occasionally when it comes on and i have been on cruise control my break is hard to push in for the first push then it goes back to normal. i have been trying to figure out what the issue is. i took it to the mechanics said my wiring harness for my vacuum pump was jacked up so they fixed that and still having issues i took it to another mechanic and they ran a test and said that it was a bad vacuum pump. i haven't replaced it yet wanted to get ideas from you guys, so does anyone have any ideas or had the same issues before.

I had the same thing happen to me at least three times. Every time the warning lights shut off after a few drives. I do not have a clue on what issue is. Thought about taking to the dealer but where is that going to get me.

I very recently had a similar issue. Abs and traction control came on and it would randomly make my brakes act like they we're abs activated. Turned out to be a bad wheel speed sensor on the front passenger tire. $22 part from the dealer $16 from auto part stores and a 20 min install. Not sure if this is your issue but it may be worth checking. Besides. The replacement sensor is about 8 inches longer for added flex relief.

I have the same issue on my 07. Where is the vacuum pump and how do you replace it? How hard is it to replace speed sensors? Mine would do it after wheeling, adjust steering wheel and be fine. Now it is on all the time, does not affect driving (like the abs activating), just can't use cruise.

I had that same issue in my 2007. It turned out it was low on brake fluid. I would check your brake fluid and see if that helps your problem like mine

It is not the brake fluid. It was in the shop getting front brakes done. I could have done it, but I made the guy who was borrowing it pay for the work to be done. Seeing he ride the brakes down to nothing, had to replace the caliper (he paid for it). The piston had came out. So the shop filled the brakes and bled them too.
