I just finished making a new arm rest for my JK. I took 3" foam and cut to the size that I wanted, then wraped with an old camo uniform making sure that the pocket and warfare pins were centered on the top. It is fastened to the console with (2) 2"X4" velcro strips. It's just the perfect height for resting your arms. Total cost was $7.00 for the foam and velcro.

 

I have the very same coasters in my cup holder. Nice work on the arm rest
