Default Cheap and easy homemade mirrors

So today i figured id make some mirrors for when i have my doors off. First thing i did was go to an auto parts store and got some mirrors for about $17 and then to lowes to look for a way to mount them i ended up buying 1/2 inch galvinized conduit i got a 5' piece for under $2. i took and put it in a vice and smashed the ends to flat and also bent and twisted them to where they were the way i wanted them. Then drilled hole for the mirror and to mount on bottom. All in all it took about 30-45 min.

Good idea. Do you have any pics installed? I'm guessing your not mounting to the door hinge with the setup you made.

Not yet still need to bedline them but hoping to have the door off next weekend. I also tried to make the brackets to where they are the same height and distance as the ones on the door

You are using the same style mirrors as I am and the work pretty darn good. I used the little L bracket that they came with and bolted the straight to the hinge.
