When you're pulling the black plugs to release the grill it's easier if you get a small flat screwdriver and pop the centre piece up first like a quarter inch then pull the plug out.

I did it!!!! yay!!!! I love my home depot grill!! ;0) the hater can KISS my ASS!!!! Thank you for your help fellas! Your the best! My boyfriend thinks it looks bad ass too!!! He said I did a great job!!!
