A recent run with the good folks in NorCal up the slick rock trail proved fatal to my stock X front axle. It was only a matter of time before that thing would succumb to my 37" tires and relatively abusive wheeling. With the help of some good old friends and a few new ones we managed to get the thing back to asphalt and home to Fresno.
I had previously ordered a front ProRock 44 with 5.38 gears, ARB locker, RCV shafts, ProSteer ball joints and the unlimited castor/tube upgrade.
Rear ProRock 60 semi-float with ARB and 5.38 gears. Of course when you build the best A LOT of people want your stuff, so the wait began. I was assured of delivery in time for EJS and of course Scott and Dynatrac came through, my axles where completed last week. Since it is only a few hour drive down and I needed to take the misses out anyway we headed down this weekend after a CenCal lift party on Saturday.
We scoped the place out the day before.

The guys at Dynatrac are awesome and agreed to a tour of the facility for us. Talk about jeep part heaven.

After the white knuckle ride home with this baby's in the trailer they made it back to the shop safe and sound!

there is work tomorrow so tomorrow night we start the teardown. We will keep this post updated as the upgrade progresses.

Sorry about this thread but the time crunch to get everything ready for Moab during and after this install kept me from finishing it up. So just to catch up.
We got both axles installed, the rear driveshaft required some shortening, trackbar relocation bracket had to be modified for the Dynatrac axles and the springs where a bit tight on the rear perches. Other than that they slid right in.
A teraflex big break kit went on with the axles as well as the master cylinder upgrade.
