From what I have read as long as they ship you the correct parts and/or they are not damaged in any way, you will be fine.
The issues are with customer service from the threads I have seen.
You basically just roll the dice and hope they send the correct parts and they come undamaged.
I remember seeing a thread about them sending the wrong bumper and only thing they did was issue a $50 credit?
Also check barracade and smittybuilt, a little more money but don't remember reading any issues with them.

This is Michelle from E-Auto Grilles. I am the assistant customer service manager, and I would like to shed some light on some of our policies. If there happens to be a mistake, we take every initiative to correct it. If FedEx damages your order, we file the claim and ship out a replacement the same day. If an order was mixed up, because mistakes do happen, we provide a return label and the option of a refund or a replacement. If an item is out of stock, we will not leave you dissapointed, we offer alternatives always better than the original to ensure the customer is always happy.
If there is ever any issue please advise us and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way. We understand past management might not have done their best diligence, however our new regime is highly focused on servicing customers to the fullest.

I just installed my second set of E-Autogrilles bumpers. The first set lasted through two different JKs. As with the first set, these fit perfectly with no modifications needed. They're well worth the price paid!
