Lightbulb Front "fake skid" mod...just 4 fun!

I didnt like the look of the section under my front bumper, so I took it off.
Then I thought it looked empty.
So I cut out all of the grooves, to make it match the grill.
Then I bedlined the whole thing, and stuck it back on.
I am thinking about building a steel cage to fit in behind it that doesnt show.

Anyway, I thought it was pretty cool, and figured Id share.

I played in the mud and dirt today, so its a bit flithy, but there it is.
I plan on leaving it dirty for a while, so you get the pics the way it sits.

If you want clearer or cleaner pics, ill wash it just for you . lol

That's kinda clever! Nice job. I never even noticed that it mirrored the grille.

Looks cool. It may get ripped off when offroading though.

I hope not...but youre probably right.
Guess Ill have to think of other things to do if that happens.
Stayed on today though, and I was pushing through 8ft reeds, piles of branches, and climbing a few hills and stumps.
ill just have to keep my fingers crossed.

Yeahhhhhh More mods!!!

a grill behind (attached with through bolts) not the sticky squares would match and stop any branches from grabing and yanking it off.

That looks much better. I also like the idea of adding the grill behind it. I think I might try that when I stubby my front bumper.
