I don't really like the black on them, but the yellow really looks cool. Good job.

How hard is it to take the grill off to get attach the inserts? Is there a write up on taking the grill off?

flat head screw driver pop out the 6 plastic tabs and pull the bottom retainer clips from the frame. takes about 1 min 10 sec. very easy I had to do it twice I forgot something the first time.
