Yeah ID say your best bet is to keep an eye on craigslist. I just picked up a 2012 4door hardtop for 700. Seal on the lift gate was eaten by an animal but ordered one online for $50.

My '13 is listed on craigs for $1500. Took it off the day i bought it in june. If you make it out to CO i could negotiate

I've got one for 1500 too and can meet you on 85 at the VA and NC border.
