Default Heated Leather seats

Has anyone had their factory heated seats stop working? The button lights come on but neither seat heats. I've researched the web for info but I'm not having much luck. Not sure where to start researching this. It's on a 2011 unlimited.

I have and the one I found was good. I'm assuming there is only one for the seats. That writing is microscopic to read.

theres fuses and relays involved there...or it may be the switch itself..start tracing the wires check the connections and go from there
