Top notch. If you don't want to make them and sell them, maybe one of the regular vendors would. I'd certainly buy one!

 

My wife is a seamstress. She looked at it and said you need to get some of them iron on reinforcement "washer" type "thingies" (her words) to iron over the holes so the hole edges won't fray. She says Micheals craft store has um. Sounds like a good idea.

 

Will this work with a soft top? I'm guessing no as I tried to mount mine up there, but couldn't figure out how to get around the soft top support.

i don t think it will work on a soft top either. also with the bolts sticking out, it might poke or cut the soft top even with the jack off, when trying to put it down.

 

I was thinking about fabing some bolt on brackets. it would be basically be the same thing except it would be mounted to a U-shaped bracket with holes drilled in it so you would only drill 2 holes in the roll bar and bolt them on. this way I could sell them. what do you all think? who would be intrested? I think they would run from $80-$110 (for full kit: bolts ,washers, lock washers, nuts and wing nuts with the brackets) I'll have to figure out the time factor.

No problem. Let me know when you get the details worked out. I'm interested. I could do all the fab work myself, but being disabled now, it would take me forever and a day. I would pay not to have to go to the trouble.
