Default Hitch Mounted Tire Carrier??

Does anyone have a hitch mounted tire carrier? Or, have you ever run one or seen one? I'm considering it but want to know if it's too much of a bad idea.

Thanks

I've seen vehicles (not JKs) with a front hitch mounted spare tire. On the rear of your JK it would prevent the tailgate from swinging open, either completely or partially depending upon the gap. This is what happens with my 4-bike rear hitch carrier.

Yeah, I realize it would prevent the tailgate from opening. Although, I have seen a couple online that swing away to the side to allow the tailgate to open. My big concern would be how much it would move around.

I'm thinking about running one temporarily and would love to hear from someone who has used one.
