Here in Lakeland, FL I get waves and return waves from about 80% of Jeepers.

I always wave to other Jeepers, even when I'm driving my company Ford POS-cape.

 

We rented a Jeep back in June, for our vacation in Madeira Beach and Tampa. We got a lot of waves back. Not too many folks waved first, though.

 

I get a wave here in Ocala about 75% of the time!

 

Ive noticed the same thing around Ft. Walton, sad to see a bunch of fans of the wranglers and not get a wave between the two. Throwin peace signs everywhere i go, even if your several lanes over I'm gonna get ya!

 

You live on the south side don't you? I think you are the one I pass a lot going down Ewell

 

People in south FL are dicks, I get it about 10% time lol

 

I throw a wave or peace sign to every set of round headlights and slotted grille I see, regardless of flavor - get a reply about 1 out of 5 times, and don't think I've ever gotten one from anything except a wrangler.

Ah well, I'll keep throwing them and be content to catch the few that I get back. I'd like to think that there's a chance that everyone who realizes just a little too late why they just got a wave from a stranger might be inclined to wave to the next Jeep they see.

 

I do drive Ewell almost every day. I live near GJHS but my GF lives off Ewell.

It's the same problem in the Pacific Northwest.... I get the wave back less than 25% of the time...
