What's the "peanut butter thing"?

Default black fenders

I used extra virgin olive oil on mine- it lasted longer than back to black.
Tried the peanut butter but it didn't last as long as the olive oil.
Has anyone tried the "wipe new"?
Got the Aerospace 303 from Amazon last week. Will be trying it soon.

Got it off the net. Basic smooth peanut butter , smear it on and wipe it off. Worked so far but will try the others too. We don't get all your products here and if we do they are expensive. Peanut butters' cheap. Going to try the olive oil, probably easier to apply too.? There's alot of black 'tupperware' to treat!!!

I used to use 303 for my plastics, until I was told about Carworx refinish restorer. Now I only use 303 for the interior, and my soft top. It is a good product, but I get much better, and longer lasting results with the Carworx. The price is intimidating, but it actually goes a lot further than anything else, so it ends up costing less.

I've had the best success using 'Forever Black'. It's OE type actual black plastic dye. Awesome stuff
edit: Re-dyes your black plastic to new, no oil, no gel, black dye that comes in a bottle with a sponge applicator attched to the top. Tried A LOT of products, this stuff works well enough to where I have no need to try anything else.

Seems like all these gels and oils are temp fixes.

HAS ANYBODY BEDLINED THEIR BUMPERS OR RATTLE CANNED SPRAY PAINTED THE STOCK BUMPERS?

I've thought about that too!( Both ideas) I'd be interested to hear if anyone has .? The oil/gel is a temp fix, its which one lasts the longest! Such a *#%$# mission doing it, a permanant fix would be great. Just wash ! OH YEAH!
