Nice write up and pics. I have removed my grill twice, once to install the clear protective bra and again to install the IPF headlights, nothing broke but I feel like I cheated death twice.

I rather try your way to install new bulbs.

This is also how i did mine. Nice right up. Though it is easier having the CAI in there then the stock air box.

It looks like a great idea, but I have a right hand drive so I will have to take a look because there are a lot of differences under the hood!

Just installed my silverstars last night. With the stock airbox in place, it was much easier to just POP the grill out. Had both sides done and the grill back on in 10 minutes tops.
