Default Leaky roof?

So I got my first JK 2 weekends ago. It's a 2008 but new to me and i love it!! 3 days later took the top down. Seemed easy enough putting it backup too. Then it rained like crazy till the next morning... As i got in to head for work, noticed my entire console was saturated and I could see a fast drip-drop coming from the center front part of the roof - literally dead center between the 2 front latches. Now I don't mind a lil rain but it didn't seem right so I took it in to be looked at. Verdict is still out but any tips/suggestions on what could cause that? Is there a broken seal or something where that long plastic gray bar meets the cloth roof? Or did I just put the dang top up wrong, which to me seemed idiot proof?

Are you talking about a hard or soft top?

While the top is in place, look at the seal, where the top meets the windshield frame. I've noticed a few times that when I latch the top in place, the rubber seal is bunched up in a spot. If that's the case, re-seat the top and it should be fine.

My top is leaking in the center as well... it's not bunching up anything. Just doesn't seem to be sealing properly but it looks like it does. Any advice?
