Default Nice looking stock stubby for 6 dollars...

Well I got bored and had a extra bumper laying around and got the idea to make a nice stuby out of a factory front... (pics to follow soon)

Started by removing the factory steel inner core and cut it down at the first crimp marks...

Did the same with the factory plastic, I cut it with a jigsaw even with the mold lines along the lower edge where the metal core peices stick into the bumper and support the tow hooks....

Once I was done doing all that I took both of the plactic ends that I cut off and trimmed them down shorter so they would sleeve into the center peice (acting as caps)... once I had them trimmed like I wanted it was time to go to the final steps...

With black door edge trim I lined the cut edge on the center peice of the bumper and slid the cap sleeve into place and with three black screws finshed it off.

Pic will follow shortly

Here ya go, not bad for 6 bucks!!!!
It would not have had any scratches on it from the jigsaw if I would had used tape to protect it ...
