No Instrument Cluster Power

No Instrument Cluster Power
Hey!
I started up my 07 JK the other morning and had no instrument cluster power, turn signal or wiper power. I plugged in my OBD2 reader and no DTC's were present. So, I lifted the negative terminal off the battery. This reset everything and had power to the instrument cluster. But as soon as the dome light timed out, I lost the instrument cluster. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm scratching my head and wondering if my computer is on the blink? HELP!!!!
