This is really strange...after reading all the posts in this thread...some dealers are saying they are leaving them off from the factory for liability reasons, some are saying that a rubicon on the lot had them....and some of the threads are recent and some are older....

FYI: I have a 2008 Sahara Unlimited bought it 3 weeks ago and it has them from the factory. Mine was built like 5/4/08 delivered to my dealer like 5/20/08 so it is a recent production.

It may be different based on which state you order from ...I know on the dealer ordering system there are different check boxes depending on which states...that they will be sold in. Initially I assumed it was for emissions standards, but noticed that it was like NY, MA, MI, NC, CT, NV so it isn't even regional since the NV was there.

Interesting.

Ordered the parts, took a week to get. $58.00cdn for factory parts. Would have been cheaper to get aftermarket.. Thanks for the part numbers BTW...

What's the purpose of the step drill bit as opposed to a standard drill bit?

For sheet metal drilling, it gives you several diameter holes in one bit, depending on when you stop drilling.

I bought a stock sub on ebay and have been looking for a way to fasten it down. This is just what I needed to find.

My JK 4door Sahara came with these already. I didn't realize all the JKs didn't have these.
