Just chopped mine today, took 1-2 hours longer than expected since it was my first time with a sawzall. Definitely need to sand the edge straighter as the sawzall got squirrelly a couple times. 35s go on tomorrow. Still need to chop the inner support smaller as I went a little more minimal on the chop.

Will a Dremel work??
So I'm gonna take the plunge this weekend...has anyone done this with just a dremel tool?? It's all I have to cut with other than a jigsaw which I don't think I can keep steady enough to use. Any help would be great! Wish me luck!!

I was thinking about using a Dremmel. You can slow the RPM's to keep from melting the fender and like another guy said, once you get it so far in you should be able to snap off your trim for a clean edge.

Yeah thats what I figured, low and slow ought to do the trick, and I'll have a razor handy to trim the tough spots. I don't plan on taking anything off either so hopefully it shouldn't be that tough. Still a little nervous though...
