Yes, both of my seats are all the way back, but the frame and the top could just be extended if you wanted the seat further up on one of the sides. It doesn't affect the driver's seat sliding but when you pull the top lever on the passenger side, the seat needs to be pushed back and then adjust the angle.

Dude - you beat me to it. Had this idea for my lab (Gunner) and boxer mix (Layla). Hadn't thought of the storage bin idea. I just figured I'd slap some black econo-carpet on top.

Thanks. I'll post pictures once I find the cord to attach the camera to the computer. Well I can't sell them because I'm not a sponsor and while extra money to speed up Jeep projects would be nice, I don't think I would have enough time to build, ship and everything else needed for selling.

Haha well if you hadn't fully designed it yet, I guess I've given you a picture of what it would look like and some storage ideas. I thought of the carpet but I found some Plasti-dip laying around so I figured I would use that up rather then going out and buying more supplies.

That would be a great idea for the basement builders craft fair we do on here every so often.

Great home built mod. Would be great for an expedition style build with a rack/shelving system on top of it.
