Hello All; As for sound, its noticeable.. Unbearable, not really.. Its only really noticeable under load.. Taking off, etc.. With just a soft-top you can barely here it going down the highway @ 70.. At least now it sounds like a jeep.. I will try to get some sound clips up this weekend..

Low RPM torque - @ 1650 it was averaging gains of 26.5hp / 25tq.. Not bad to me..

I don’t have any hook ups as for the parts. I paid full retail..
- $250 for the AEM
- $260 Jet Performance Stage II chip.

The exhaust cost me about $300 only because we tried both Dual and Single set ups..
My exhaust shop says it should only cost about $180 for the Single Magna Flow System..
Having the muffler relocated is nice because now I have all the extra room under the back for whatever I may come up with..

Just to give everyone an Idea of the Dual Exhaust setup.. @ 2000 RPM’s it actually lost HP and TQ over stock…

Opps, forgot to throw in the fact that it is a 6 speed.... The overall difference is amazing.. The jeep used to fell like the power was falling off at about 3500 rpm's .. Now it just keeps pulling all the way to the top...

I will watch the MPG's and see what I come up with.. I do commute to work 40 miles a day and according to the in dash guage I gained 2 MPG's.. I will do the calculations here once I get a couple tanks thru her..

You got it.. Just a universal 6" round 18" long Magna Flow muffler with 2.5" in and out.. Didn't want to mess with the converters just yet.. But it was the combination of upgrades the lead to the gains.. But if you just looking for a couple horses and some nice sound then its the way to go..

first thanks for this post nice to see actual results not what the manufacturer's say your suposed to get or the whole "up to" horse power gain.....

the Magna Flow muffler dose it have a lower pitch "rumble" or is it the higher pitch "import car" sound ???

The Magna Flow is definetly a low rumble.. No rice burner here... I did bump up to Mid grade fuel.. All test were done with Regular... Haven't noticed any improvment with the added octane.. Maybe it will just burn cleaner.. Per Jet performance - "Run middle grade fuel or better"..

1BADJK, thanks for doing all the work for us! Your results only confirm what I will do with my Jeep once I finally get it from DCX!
