where are you guys getting the boots from?

Got mine from redlinegoods. They do custom everything, including the size. I wanted a tiny boot, so they told me what to measure. I measured it, sent them everything and it came back perfect. They have plenty of colors to pick from also, but I like it simple. Don't know if I'm allows to post links, so just google them.

First I popped off my shifter knob, I took a wrench wrapped in a cloth and a metal bar... (Could not find my hammer) and I tapped it till it popped off, (5 good taps)

Looks great! The shifter knob slides straight off? Mine is twisted (the little diagram is upside-down) and I have tried pulling, twisting, kicking and cussing and I couldn't get it to budge at all. Maybe some scotch and a hammer is what I need.

Also got mine from redlinegoods. Black leather, orange stitching, and only about 6" tall. Very high quality stuff. I'll try to post up a pic tomorrow.

You gotta pull really hard. To the point where people have punched themselves in the face when it pops off. I just tapped mine off with a wrench wrapped in a cloth below it and a hammer. I posted pics, it may help to look at them for a bit then try it again. Good luck
