How about popping out the interior door handle levers and painting those too? Also, any pics of the dash bezel painted on an X to look like a Sahara or Rubi?

Excellent mod copper!!! Me next, me next! I'm doing mine the same. My Sahara already has the cluster silver so why not the vents?!

ok fellas here is my vent bezels so far.....i still need a bit more clear then i will hit them with a little rubbing compound to get them to really shine.

these are color matched from the linked i provided earlier in this thread

this is after three coats of clear

dry to the touch...checking to see what color looked like (note some colors will not appear to be a match until clear is applied. red rock will not mtach unless clear is applied) its a dead match....the camera makes it look a tad off

this is no clear for those that care

Has anyone figure out how to remove the Climate Control Dash Knobs for painting?

Pull straight off? I've seen machined aluminum replacement knobs, they have to come off easily...

For those who painted their cluster, did you have to put tape over the plastic gauge windows, or does the bezel (rings and trim) part separate from the gauges to allow an easy painting?

I bought the dupli-color today and they only had the medium gray. I tested it on paper first and it looked way too dark. So i took it back and they didn't have any lighter silver colors. What is he color called that you used Armycop?
