I had the cheap plastic plugs at first, but I replaced them with Vector Off Road UFO's. They make a special set just for the rear holes on the JK. They are also so sponsor and frequently have deals.

I got mine from the local lowes. They are called bolt caps. They are sold in packets of 2. They hang right by the nuts/bolt drawers in the hardware section. Just another alternative out there.
