try googling Mcmaster-carr. Then try part #95585A100 also will need the 1/4-20 adapter
95585A250. Mcmaster calls this tool a "plier-style rivet nut tool". I am sure it can be found cheaper From a chinese import company. My tool came from the company my Dad works for. The only writing on my tool is 02740 TSN tool I think it came from England.

EDIT :I just looked on Mcmaster-carr web site, My book is old, The new part # is 95585A600 and adapter is #95585A650

Default Wish I had that tool

I just tried to do an install and the the teraflex sert "tool" and expansion sert failed. The directions are very sparse and lack a lot of key information. I used supplemental instruction information in the write up at https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...slider+install. However, on the very first sert the hex bolt on the "tool" snapped. (First screw extraction). I tried to torque the others to where I saw some body distortion indicating a pinch. Went to put on the steps and tighten the cap screws and . . . the first sert started to spin in the body when the screw was only half way in!

Onto the next screw, apparently the threads get gummed up when the serts are installed which puts screw in a bind, so another cap screw snapped when tightening (Second Screw extraction); I should have realized it and backed it out without tightening.

Back to the first screw, tried to back it out - Stuck and spinning free = screwed (pun intended). (Third screw extraction) I cut the cap screw head off, drilled it out (VERY hard to do with a spinning sert), and eventually bored out the screw but can't use tool or use a tap to re-thread b/c spinning. Tried eveyrthing, body so messed it up now around it I decided to just pull it out (I will post pics soon). Not sure what I am going to do (Body shop?). Decided to try to use tool to tighten the next sert more, NOPE, it is spinning free too. Crazy because this one actually had visbily pinched the body indicating a good pinch. Yeah, at this point I gave up.

Complete disaster - I have been cursing these damn sert things (and Teraflex) for two days now. Basically, there isn't enough bite on the sert unless they are set perfect. There are no torque specs in the directions or any detailed information for that matter and if you apply too much torque the tool bolt snaps and not enough torque and there is not enough bite to keep from spinning = recipe for disaster. Its much easier and more likely to get it wrong than get it right.

On a positive note, I LOVE the wieght (light) and look of these steps, but HATE the lack of instructions and obviously the sert / sert tool issues. I hope others have better luck than I and use a professional tool to install the serts.
