Unfortunately I fear you didn't get the oil pump drive rotor keyed properly with the flats on the crankshaft, and the only way to tell for certain is to pull everything back off and inspect. I wouldn't run it again. Pull off the oil filter and see if any oil got pumped into it. That would be one way to see if the oil pump worked at all.
