Default Touch up black hardtop scratches

1. Remove cap from black sharpie
2. Color in scratched area with felt tip side of sharpie
3. Replace cap on sharpie and never have to complain about that dam scratch again!

LOL - I had a pretty good sized scratch on top of my freedom top, from previous owner not being careful. I was complaining about it to my sister and she suggested using a sharpie to touch it up...What a great and simple idea, Thanks Sis!!!

LOL! I thought I was the only one with that trick. I also use a Sharpie to fill in the scratches on my black motorcycle wheels.

DOH I used flat black paint I bought (I have like 100 markers on hand). Of course I had some killer scratches/chips. Mine does not match clean and washed but with a little dust you can't see them unless you are close.

Used the Sharpie here too! Only problem, you have to keep touching up. Sharpie fades.

You might try black shoe polish. The polish cream in jars has more dye than the can wax does.

Use an Industrial Strength Sharpie instead of the regular black Sharpie. It lasts longer.
