Transmission Cooler
For best performance there is an ideal mounting configuration and the fluid should first route to the stock cooler then to the add-on cooler for maximum temp drop. Here is a writeup that contains a hose routing diagram. Also, the B&M website has some good information.

You were spot on. I even wrote to the customer service folks at Summit to ask what the B&M 70264 came with. Thier resonse was:
"The BMM-70268 includes the cooler, pull through radiator mounting straps, brass hose barb fittings, and 3/8" rubber line.... Hose does come with clamps. There are no mounting brackets"
Was please to unpack today and find all the accssories needed, which would have been a bit difficult to find here. My trust level with the Summit representative is low.

Another option for you.
You can get a new-used Ford trans cooler from a 7.3 truck they fit perfect and are a stacked plate design so much better cooling than a tube and fin.
Or get a Trucool max long which is about the same size.
