I know they're out there, but I can't seem to find a good, comprehensive writeup on wiring some windshield mounted lights. I'm particularly interested in one that shows how to connect them so they activate with my high beams. Can anyone post some links?

Mine are bull-bar mounted. I used the KC wiring harness and relay. The directions included are all you need.

The only thing I did different from this diagram is I connected the white wire that supplies power to the rocker switch to my high beam wire. This way the driving lights only come on with my brights. I mounted the rocker switch to the left of the steering column. I disables the driving lights when I don't want them.

Page 4 shows you how to wire it to where you make them automatically come on with the brights OR switch them on. Page 5 shows you how to turn them on with the brights, switch them on, OR switch them off (my preference)

 

I tapped the high beam wire right behind the passenger side lamp plug under the power steering fluid reservoir. Used the blue wire tap included with the lights. I always put a dab of RTV on those before closing them.
