Default Tip

Here's a tip that will save your hood:

wrap electrical tape around the drill bit (5-10 spins) where you want the bit to STOP, else when drilling through the bottom part, your drill may slip and keep going through your hood!

then just take the tape off, TA-DA...

I don't take credit for this tip, I saw someone else do it, and hey, it works!

I was lucky enough to have Brett install the hood lift on my JK and i love it. Especially with the lift, it makes it so much easier to lift and lower the hood. As with everything that Brett makes, awesome design that i know will last as long as the jeep.
