Default clutch issues

Hello All
I replaced the clutch in the wifes jeep. now the clutch grabs almost at the end of the pedal coming up not at the mid way of throw.
any ideas on how to fix this? she hates it now. i heard there is no bleeding to the system but havent really verified this.
its a 2013 wrangler sahara JKU.
any help would be great.

If I'm reading this correctly, the pedal is high (almost all the way up) at engagement. That's the opposite symptom of air in the hydraulic clutch, which would be engaging very low, or not fully dis-engaging with the pedal on the floor. High engagement is clutch pressure plate related, and may get better after the break-in.
