Looks like we are thinking about bringing the death penalty back. I'm all for it Any thoughts?

It has my vote! Only for very serious crimes though with sufficient evidence.

Anyone that is a murderer, buggers kids, and breaks into/steals Jeeps are the ones that would sit in Sparky if I had a choice.

i couldnt agree more. UNLESS they stole my jeep. I would be ok with that because they would be doing me a favor... then i could buy a ruby =D

but no i totally agree. I just fear someone would be wrongfully accused because i dont have that much faith in our governmental system, but assuming one did have faith in it, im all for it! buzz em all!

Default I dunno? I used to be. Not sure now...

I've never had a run-in with Johnnie Law but have known plenty that have. More often than not, they (L.E. and the court system) have a way of creating their own version of the facts. Put yourself in the position of the condemned guy's parents. Might be a bigger pill to swallow from their prespective.
