AKDave, keep us updated on that mine, since we just looked at a topo map and found Buffalo Mine that turned out to be fun.

 

wow, looks like you guys had some fun. maybe i need to take a trip up that direction sometime as there is not much here to do any of that.

 

Really, mert? I figured there'd be a lot of places over near you. Juneau is on our list of places to come visit but I don't think that's gonna happen this year.

 

im not originally from here so im still kind of figuring stuff like that out lol.

 

no sweat, me neither but I found a good source of info is the internet and a good topo map. Heck, I was googling for OHV trails and there's a bunch that come up on the lower Kenai penisula for us and a few that came up for your neck of the woods. I didn't really dig into Juneau area as it's not a close drive for me

 

might have to do a little bit of digging myself. and start the flow of mods.
