There is more trail and all of the jeepin we did was on the south side of buffalo mine rd. If you go off on the north side there is a river to cross and then trails/dirt roads that lead to Sutton. Sutton=crap ton of trails.

good pics, looks like they opened it up to carnage from last year to this year. I remember going down there last year with a fellow member and there were a couple of offshoots that weren't that tore. The State also musta opened up the barrier at the north end of the road crossing the creek to as it was chained up last year.

I think it is still chained up. That is as far up the road as you can go.

went to sutton for the 4th of july, first time there. did a lil exploring in the jeep, but most of the trails are narrow and heavily rutted from all the 4 wheelers out there, sutton is a blast for trails just most of them are geared for 4wheelers and heavily built rigs. i was the only one with a jeep out there. kinda funny to see some of the 4wheelers faces when they came around a corner and see the jeep in the trail. will post pics asap.

I thought so but wasn't for sure. I've seen it from the road many times, and knew there was a trail up there, but have never been on it. I think I heard it doesn't go very far. Is that true?

I'll see if I can find out the name of the creek....
