EmbarkChief: We will definitly have more meetings. For now I'm just spitting out a date and time to get some wheels turning. We can talk about getting together for weeks but if theres never a target to shoot at...you cant ever hit it!

As a poll of sorts...for those interested in a first time meet and greet and eat...maybe we could toss around:

Friday the 13th @19:00hrs -VS- Saturday the 14th @ 11:00 (for lunch)

For me, either date and time should be good...what about ya'll? Would one time better suit another? Or is there no difference? Speak up!

One of these days I really want to roll up Old Hwy 87 from High Island.

 

I can't do Friday but I can do Saturday for lunch.

 

Anyone else have issues with Saturday for lunch? seems like a couple of people are busy on Friday night.

Downtown H-town here representing the inner city! Just post where and when Saturday I'll be there...... Hopefully within the beltway would be nice!

 

From what it appears, theres a lot of people in the West Houston area and the North Houston area....

I'm going to try to find a good spot on 290 south of the Beltway...Maybe around the Hollister/Tidwell area. I think that about splits the difference in two.

Shooting for 11:00. That gives us time to BS outside and line up the Jeeps and whatnot..and then go inside after we are sure we are all there and are gettin hungry.
