Default Commander with JK wheels and tires

Here is a pic of my Commander with 2 inch OME springs and JK take off's. Some of you guys that have a set sitting around might try to sell them on a Commander / Grand forum.

Damn wish I knew you were looking for some rims and tires, I have five of mine with 1100 miles on them sitting in my shop. Looks good. We need to plan a beach run down North Padre soon, I am wondering how bad the beach got tore up with the hurricane.

I doubt if it got hurt very much. It was a long way away.

Thanks for the comments -

The Commander now looks like it should have from the factory - most people don't even realize it has a lift - unless parked next to a stocker. A few inches under the belly really help keep it from dragging over every little bump.

The JK 32's are almost a exact fit with a 2 inch lift and spacers. Picking up a set of takeoffs is also much cheeper than heading to discount for new rubber.

I'm going to look for some rubi wheels and tires one of these days, but the JK 18's are good for now.

Check out kristv.com and look at their footage. It showed the beaches. In some places they said that they lost 70ft of sandune. It looked like everything held up pretty good. They did have flooding with the storm surge. Even with Ike being that far away. One 19 year old boy died after being swept off of Packery channel jetty. two others were hut trying to rescue him. One is still in the hospital.
